is our most popular mixture, maybe because of its delicious, spicy
flavour. The "Monastery Herbs" mixture is a popular digestif,
because of its traditional recipe. Even our grand parents trusted
in this exquisite beverage. Ginger, fennel, star-anise, gentian,
coriander and clove are especially valuable ingredients, which display
their flavours in the liqueur. The added cinnamon compensates the
heat. In winter you can use the liqueur to easily create a tasteful
hot drink, which perfectly goes with Christmas cakes and cookies.

currant and complemented by five different berries (black elder,
raspberry, blackberry, cranberry and rose hip). It makes up a very
